About

Rebecca Dolan, LCSW-S

(she/her)

I specialize in providing support to clients as they navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and people-pleasing. With a warm and empathetic approach, I'm here to help you or your loved one heal, grow, and thrive.

Having experienced the transformative power of therapy and assessment as a client myself, I understand the courage it takes to seek help and the profound changes that can result from it. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their own journey to well-being.

I accept and affirm clients of all identities and particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent populations. Social justice is one of my core values professionally and personally.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and watching reality TV. You might also find me trying out a new restaurant with my husband, chatting with a friend over coffee, or playing with my dog and three cats.

Treatment Approach

I provide a judgment-free space where you or your child can feel free to explore past experiences, current emotions, and future goals without judgment and at your own pace. I always take a client-centered approach, meaning I see you as the expert of your own life and meet you where you're at. I offer evidence-based therapy and assessments.

Experience

Since 2022, I've been dedicated to working in private practice. Before that, my journey included providing therapy and social work services to a diverse range of individuals. I worked with adolescents in foster care, supported adults grappling with substance use and mental health challenges, and helped children in an elementary school setting.
