Reach out
The first step is simple - reach out to me if you think you might be ready to start therapy or an assessment, or even if you just have questions. You can send a text or email, or use the online contact form below. I know that reaching out can be intimidating, but I am here cheering you on!

Free introductory call
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call aimed at understanding your needs and answering any questions you may have. If you decide you'd like to move forward with therapy or an assessment, I will send you forms to fill out that will allow for a smooth start. If we determine I'm not a good fit to help you reach your goals, I can point you in the right direction to find someone who is.

Attend the intake session
During your first session, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. This session is all about getting to know you better – your experiences, background, and what brings you to therapy. We will collaborate on setting attainable goals to improve your mental health.
For children, the intake session is with the child's caregiver(s).

Attend therapy or testing sessions
With a better understanding of your unique needs and goals, I will work to create a personalized plan for therapy or assessment.
In therapy, I provide support, guidance, and evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and ACT to help you navigate your challenges, develop coping skills, and work towards your desired outcomes.
